Love us a Red IPA. Gunslinger is a tiny tank beer. Not overly strong but very hoppy and full bodied. Yeast chosen was a Kveik strain and fermented at 31°C. Cold side hops were all added post-fermentation. Red berries, grapefruit and sweet, sticky malts.
