About:
My name is Jack Baron, a one-man-band brewer and owner of Baron Brewing. The brewery plan was conceived in lockdown and after a year of building and installation, started trading in the last few months of 2021. The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire, UK.
Baron is a playground for beer, with an ever-changing range. Made for the fun and love of the process. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales, fresh lagers and occasional dark beers. I have five fermenting tanks, which all get filled every three weeks with a range of different beers. I brew Fuzz, our 4.5% Hazy Pale regularly, but all other batches are either a one off recipe or an infrequent repeat. This allows for a huge range of styles and flavours to leave the brewery, however does mean that the beers don't stick around for long so enjoy them while they're there. Follow us on Instagram for regular updates and to see what's currently available.
We run a taproom on the farm which opens on occasional weekends during the summer and around Christmas. Due to the location and the nature of the business, we limit our open weekends to around 20 days a year. Please see our taproom page for our open dates.

Trade:
I deal directly with all trade accounts in a 30 mile radius of the brewery. If you run a bar, shop, pub, taproom anywhere in the area, please get in contact if you'd like to supply our beer. I will add you to the mailing list which is sent out roughly every 3 weeks. It contains all of our new releases (usually 5 new beers) and states when I'll deliver (usually a week after the mailer goes out).
If you are not local to the area but would like to stock our beers, we have teamed up with Distant Lands in Newmarket who do all of our UK wide distribution. Please contact them if you'd like to stock our beers as a trade customer. They are a phenomenal two man team wholesaler who specialise in incredible UK and imported drinks. We're very lucky to sell through them.
